Bred by Joyce L. Fleming (Canada, 2001).
Introduced in Canada by Hortico Inc. in 2004 as 'PALS Niagara'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Red.  None / no fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 4'11" (up to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 8b.  Can be used for cut flower, garden or landscape.  Very hardy.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.
