Exhibition name: Conundrum ™
Origin:
Bred by Robbie Tucker (United States, 2001).
Introduced in United States by Rosemania in 2003 as 'Conundrum'.
Class:
Mini-Flora, Patio.
Bloom:
Yellow blend, red edges.  None to mild fragrance.  17 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Medium, spreading, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for container rose, cut flower, exhibition or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
'Conundrum' and 'Summer Night' have been determined to be the same cultivar. The registration of Welnight (Summer Night) was rejected in September, 2007. See References.

Please note, for now, HelpMeFind maintains a separate 'Summer Night' listing in deference to Mr. Wells objection to this conclusion and continued attempt to register it.
