Bred by Wilhelm Kordes III (1953 - 2016) (Germany, 1993).
Introduced in United States by Bear Creek Gardens, Inc. in 1994 as 'Jeeper's Creeper'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
White.  Mild fragrance.  up to 5 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Small, pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Short, spreading, well-branched.  Small, dark green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).  Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover.
