Bred by Anne G. Cocker (1920-2014) (Scotland, before 2000).
Introduced in Scotland by James Cocker & Sons in 2000 as 'Shining Light'.
Class:
Floribunda, Miniature, Patio.  
Bloom:
Apricot or apricot blend.  Fowers apricot with golden reverse.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 1".  Small, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, cupped bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact.  Small, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.
