Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1925 as 'Hermann Neuhoff'.

Bloom:
Dark red, darker shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, very double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.
