Discovered by Western Rose Company (United States, 1935).
Introduced in United States by Germain's (Germain Seed & Plant Co.) in 1935 as 'Avalon'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Yellow, apricot shading, darker center.  Mild fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  

Height: 30" to 3' (75 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
