Short, bushy, compact.  Glossy foliage.  

Height: 18" to 42" (45 to 105cm).  Width: 26" to 3' (65 to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of garden rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between an unnamed seedling and an unnamed seedling. ....`POULharmu` was selected by the inventors in the Spring 1993 as a single plant from the progeny of the aforementioned hybridization.
