Cream, apricot shading. Caramel shading. Moderate, spice fragrance. 40 petals. Average diameter 5". Large, full (26-40 petals), classic hybrid tea, high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Large buds.
Habit:
Medium, well-branched. Dark green foliage.
Height: up to 30" (up to 75cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, garden or hedge. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .

Notes:
Fryer's Roses says Adriana has large elegant buds which open to reveal shapely blooms of delicate pale cream, deepening to creamy caramel, with a spicy fragrance. This rose marks the 75th anniversary of LEPRA and is named for Adriana, the fourteen-year-old Brazilian girls whose plight was highlighted in a series of remarkable BBC Blue Peter films.
