Bloom:
Dark red.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 8.5" to 2' (20 to 60cm).  Width: 8.5" (20cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of miniature rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between an unnamed seedling and `POULscal`....The unnamed seedling is from a crossing of a bright red floribunda `Dalli Dalli` and `POULvic`, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 8,012 dated 27 Oct., 1992 a pink-red miniature.....`POULypso` was selected by the inventors as a single plant from the progeny of the hybridization in April, 1995.
