Bloom:
Coral-red, copper shading, scarlet shading, yellow shading, ages to pink . Moderate, damask fragrance. up to 25 petals. Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, nodding or "weak neck", open bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Arching, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, well-branched. Glossy foliage.
Height: 20" (50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot . Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
