Heirloom Old Garden Roses says Blushing Lucy has semi-double, blush pink blooms that are accented by a white eye and are produced in large clusters... Freedom Garden says that an "unblushing" version is also in commerce under the same name. Lucy Caroline Simpson Harvey (November 30, 1869 Cheltenham - January 22, 1940 Roffrey, Sussex) married the Breeder on August 3, 1899 at Hampstead.
