Introduced in United States by Century Oaks Peony Farm in circa 2009 as 'Fiber Optic'.
Class:
Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Light pink and yellow.  Cactus dahlia-form.  
Habit:

Height: up to 38" (up to 95cm).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Anderson seedling, first bloomed 2003, selected and named by Tim Kornder of Century Oak Peony Gardens (ca. 2008/9), registered 2014.
