Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Scarlet.  Semi-double, flat bloom form.  Early.  
Habit:

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Parentage:
Notes:
First bloomed 1993, registered 2000. Class not specified, but probably hybrid lutea.
