Bred by Chen Dezhong (China, before 1992).
Introduced in China by Dr. Cheng Fangyun in 1994 as 'Hei Xuan Feng 黑旋风'.

Purple or crimson, dark purple flares. Mild fragrance. Average diameter 5.5". Medium bloom form. Early.

Habit:

Upright. 15 leaflets.
