Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Light pink or violet-red, silver(y) shading.  Solferino red.  Mild, medicinal fragrance.  Medium, double, cupped bloom form.  Early.  
Habit:
Medium.  Dark foliage.

Notes:
Varying decriptions of colour. Improbable that "Blanche" would be solferino red.
