Introduced in France by Pivoines Rivière in 1998 as 'Nuage Rouge'.

Hybrid suffruticosa.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink, rose-red center.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 6.5".  Medium, single bloom form.  Early.  
Habit:

Height: 47" to 4'11" (120 to 150cm).
