Hi, I'm Taylor, a cut flower farmer and wedding florist in Illinois (just north of St. Louis, MO). I studied Plant & Soil Science in college, eventually receiving a Master's in Plant, Soil, & Agricultural Systems with a specialty in soil fertility and cover crops. We began our flower farm in 2019, but in 2023 we started selling bare root and potted roses. My interest has really turned to heirloom/heritage roses. I'm hoping to start my own nursery one day, but for now I'm working on beautifying our farm for guests to come tour, getting systems put in place to provide healthy plants, and increasing my stock for propagation. We were blessed to receive a grant for a large high tunnel and I'm finally at the point where I feel confident enough as a grower to branch out. We decided to add a rose cutting patch in hopes of providing local garden rose blooms to florists in the St. Louis area. Eager to see how the future unfolds! Helpmefind has been such a blessing, and I'm thankful for the people who put this site together.
