Rose

Hybrid Rugosa.  White, blush shading.  Fringed petals.  Mild to strong, opinions vary fragrance.  Small, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  USDA zone 5b through 9b.  
Height: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).  Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm). Gustave Morlet (1889).

Gallica / Provins, Species / Wild.  Pink blend, stripes.  Strong fragrance.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  USDA zone 4b through 8b.

Gallica / Provins.  Purple, golden-yellow stamens.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  USDA zone 4b through 8b.  Height of 39" to 5' (100 to 150 cm).  Width of 2' to 3' (60 to 90 cm).
