James Lloyd (March 17, 1810 London - May 10, 1896 Nantes), English botanist, liveed in France from the age of 21. His Herbarium with 24'000 species and 100'000 objects was inherited by the town of Angers and is conserved at the Muséum des sciences naturelles d'Angers.
