Second season for liv, in the Rocky Mountain region of Denver. She is an absolute stunner, I have no problems with heat, water, black spot, doesn't even ball in the seriously dry over 100 degree weather we get in summer. The color is the best thing, it opens peach almost beige, then the interior presents herself with the most subtle of peaches and pinks, and yellow. Really really pretty rose, and did I say it is enormous . This years first bloom is 6 1/2 in eyes across, and after a hail beating. Mine doesn't have a strong scent, and fades as it ages. Not a prolific rose, blooms all Summer three or four at a time. I do ,prune heavy. We just had a tornadic horrific hail storm that naturally pruned all the roses to sticks, after three weeks of recovery liv is the first to put out stunning blooms. Take a chance , it's meilland breeding and in my opinion the best roses.
