Neerijnen, Gelderland Netherlands
Following the death of the last Baronesse Julie Elise Pallandt of Neerijnen and Warderburg (1898 - May 6, 1971), the castle of Neerijnen was sold to the Trust Neerijnen of the Province of Gelderland and in 1978 to the town, who established the town hall there in 1980. The gardens of the castle were restored in 1996 according to old plans by local volunteers.
