August 2019, South of France.
Bought from Les Roses Anciennes De Talos, cutting planted in May 2019.
It is constantly growing (height and lots of new canes from the ground) and flowering. The buds of each spray do not open simultaneously nor do all the flowers have the same color or shape. Most of the time medium pink, sometimes fuschia, sometimes pink with some white. Blooms can be upwright or noding. It looks good when flowers are noding, and was at its best in September, but it was its first year... Despite a good number of buds I never saw a mass of pink flowers. The foliage reminds me of ashtree or bamboo. The plant tends to look messy, I would like it to have an upright then falling down port, but new growths tend to follow a diagonal. I planted two branches I cut from it, and they propagated with just some watering.
