Bred by Dr. Bernard Chow (Australia, 2015).
Class:
Hybrid Lutea, Hybrid suffruticosa, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Red, darker shading.  Gold stamens.  Large, semi-double to double bloom form.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Confusing breeding info gives the seed parent as [Seidl's] #120, which may not exist?, and the pollen parent as 'Myster Mood'—presumably, Seidl's 'Mystic Mood' was meant. Source is Chow's breeding records at peonygarden.com.au
