Bred by Jiang Zhengzhi (China, 2014).
Introduced in China by Tianlang Roses in 2018 as 'Kong Méng'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Lavender-purple with pink shading.  Moderate, damask, musk fragrance.  45 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, cupped, semi-globular bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright, well-branched.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for container rose, cut flower, exhibition, garden or shrub.  Vigorous.  heat tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.
