Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink, white center.  None / no fragrance.  up to 5 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 41" to 4'1" (105 to 125cm).  Width: 31" to 39" (80 to 100cm).

The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) of the new variety was an unnamed seedling (not patented) from the cross between the ‘MEINOIRAL’ variety (not patented) and an unnamed seedling (not patented). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) of the new variety was the ‘MEIZMEA’ variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 20,175).... The rose plants of the new variety were approximately one year of age and were observed during September while budded on their own roots and growing outdoors at Le Cannet des Maures, Var, France
