Bloom:
Rose-pink. 20 to 30 petals. Average diameter 4.5". Medium-large, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, classic hybrid tea, high-centered bloom form. Moderate, blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Tall, climbing, lax.
Height: 6' to 8' (185 to 245cm). Width: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders, pillar, shrub or specimen. Vigorous. heat tolerant. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, blackspot resistant, very mildew resistant, very rust resistant.
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
"Bailey" is a study name for this seedling. All seedlings in the current breeding pool from 2011 through 2018 are given a study name based on a Texas town/city starting with the letter 'B'.
Culled in 2021. It never did recover from the move to the new bed.
