Shrub.  

Bright cherry red blooms with silvery white highlights and prominent pale, creamy yellow stamens..  Moderate fragrance.  Large, semi-double to double, cupped bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  

Dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).  Width: up to 39" (up to 100cm).
