Bloom:
Dark red.  Strong fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, well-branched.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Probably dedicated to François de Lavaur de Sainte Fortunade (March 11, 1848 - September 16, 1915).
