Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  

Scarlet. Does not blue. Outer petals quill or reflex, creating a pointed effect.  None to mild fragrance.  25 to 45 petals.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  

Tall, armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Heat tolerant.  prefers warmer sites.
