Bred by Wilhelm J.H. Kordes II (1891-1976) (Germany, before 1940).
Introduced in Germany by W. Kordes' Söhne (Retail) in 1940 as 'Rosenmärchen'.
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1942 as 'Pinocchio'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1948 as 'Pinocchio'.

Floribunda.  

Salmon-pink, yellow shading, carmine-pink shading.  Mild, fruity fragrance.  up to 30 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped, rosette bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Short, bushy.  Leathery foliage.  

Height: 30" to 3' (75 to 90cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).

USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.
