Bred by Robert B. Martin, Jr. (United States, 2006).
Introduced in United States by Edmunds' Roses in 2007 as 'Bolivar'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Pink blend.  Fushia pink upper; cream with yellow heart reverse.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, exhibition or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
