Origin:
Bred by C.H. Robinson (United States, before 1924).
Class:
Found Rose.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Moderate fragrance.  13 petals.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  Small, dark green foliage.  

Height: 1' (30cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Although this rose was catalogued as a species rose in the 1920s, it could also have been an old cultivar escaped from gardens. The reference to sand dunes points out a a spinosissima-type.
