Origin:
Bred by Peter Lambert (Germany, before 1903). Introduced in Germany by Peter Lambert in 1904 as 'Oberhofgärtner A. Singer'. Introduced in Australia by H. Kemp in 1909 as 'Oberhofgärtner A. Singer'.
Bloom:
Carmine-red. Strong, centifolia fragrance. 40 petals. Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season.
Habit:
Upright, well-branched. Light green foliage.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
