Bloom:
Light pink and pink, mottling, light yellow reverse.  up to 5 petals.  Single (4-8 petals), cupped bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  Glandular sepals, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.
