Introduced in Australia by C. H. Halstead in 1899 as 'Regulus'.

Copper - pink, darker center.  Strong fragrance.  Medium, double (17-25 petals), flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
