Bred by Anne G. Cocker (1920-2014) (Scotland, before 1995).
Introduced in Scotland by James Cocker & Sons in 1995 as 'Wee Cracker'.
Class:
Floribunda, Patio.  
Bloom:
Orange or orange-red.  Mild fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 18" to 2' (45 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
