Origin:
Bred by Mariani (Italy, before 1834).
Introduced in Australia by John Baptist in 1861 as 'Rosa microphylla alba odorata'.

Bloom:
White, light pink center, light yellow center.  Strong fragrance.  Medium-large, double (17-25 petals), flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.
