Background:
Peony Meadows was formed in 1995 when Jim Weirich and Tony Francis, brothers-in-law, combined their ideas and hard work to make a dream come true. Tony is a dedicated gardener who chose the peony plant itself, and Jim had the land as well as experience with large scale farming. Peony varieties were selected for flower quality as well as plant strength and bush appearance.
Each year, our field of peonies has grown and the flowers are more beautiful. Peony Meadows is located in Stony Point, Virginia (near Charlottesville).
