Bred by Tony Hallows (United Kingdom, before 1985).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Bees of Chester / Sealand Nurseries Ltd. in 1985 as 'Felicity Kendal'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Salmon-orange.  Mild fragrance.  35 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Large foliage.  

Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
