Registration name: Eden Rose (hybrid tea, Meilland, 1949)

Bred by Francis Meilland (1912-1958) (France, before 1949).
Introduced in France by URS (Universal Rose Selection)-Meilland in 1950 as 'Eden Rose'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1952 as 'Eden Rose'.
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1953 as 'Eden Rose'.

Hybrid Tea.  

Deep pink, rose-pink reverse.  Parsley fragrance.  Strong, apple, clove, lemon fragrance.  58 to 60 petals.  Average diameter 4.5".  Very full (41+ petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  

Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright, well-branched.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  

Height: 42" to 5' (105 to 150cm).  Width: 2' to 4' (60 to 120cm).

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders or garden.
