Bred by Willem Straver (Germany, 2003).
Introduced in Netherlands by J. van Zoest bv in 2011 as 'Queen Mother'.
Class:
Texensis-Viorna Group, Viticella Group.  
Bloom:
Purple - red, purple reverse, white stamens, yellow anthers.  up to 4 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, bell-shaped bloom form.  Early summer to late autumn.  
Habit:

Height: 6'7" to 9'10" (200 to 300cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5a and warmer.

‘Zoqum’ was derived from an ongoing breeding program by the Inventor at his nursery in Emmerich, Germany....‘Zoqum’ was selected in 2007 as a single unique plant and arose from a cross made in 2003. The Inventor did not keep the records on the proprietary seedlings used for the cross, therefore the parentage is unknown.
