Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Cream, crimson flecks, purple flecks, green flecks.  Mild fragrance.  Medium to large, full bloom form.  Early.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.

There is no title, Lady Darmouth, but it seems that this was the name used at its introduction in Belgium, and is the name used by the American Peony Society.
