Large-flowered, Viticella Group.  
Bloom:
Violet-red, red stripes, ages to purple .  4 to 6 petals.  Average diameter 6".  Medium, single bloom form.  Midsummer to early autumn.  
Habit:

Height: 10' to 12' (305 to 365cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  Disease susceptibility: mildew.  In early spring, cut back to just above the lowest set of healthy buds.
