Bred by Ann & John Bentall (United Kingdom, 1939).
Class:
Hybrid Musk, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Orange and yellow.  Strong, tea rose fragrance.  45 to 50 petals.  Medium, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 4' to 10' (120 to 305cm).  Width: 4' to 8' (120 to 245cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Heat tolerant.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).  Prune lightly or not at all.

Meg Peterson says this rose will do well in a partially shaded location.
WellRounded, who lives near Oklahoma City in the United States reports that Buff Beauty can grow to a 10' x 10' shrub, if left unpruned, in his climate.
